At ImgGen AI, all payments for subscription plans are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including cancellations or downgrades of paid plans during their subscription period. Any unused image processing credits or other subscription benefits remaining on a canceled or downgraded plan will be forfeited. Users are responsible for carefully reviewing the details and limitations of each paid plan before purchase.
The full subscription fee is due at the beginning of each billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a subscription period. Users may upgrade their plan at any time, but downgrades will only take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the difference in price when downgrading.
If a free trial is offered, users will not be charged during the trial period. However, once a paid subscription begins, it becomes subject to this no-refund policy. ImgGen AI reserves the right to consider refunds in exceptional circumstances, such as extended service outages or errors on our part, evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
Users may cancel their subscription at any time, with the cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be made after cancellation, but no refunds will be issued for the remainder of the current billing cycle. Any disputes regarding charges or this refund policy should be directed to our customer support team.
ImgGen AI reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and the updated policy will be posted on our website. By subscribing to any ImgGen AI paid plan, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this refund policy.
